TutorKids Refund Policy

Overview

At TutorKids, we are committed to providing high-quality online tutoring services for your children. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines our refund procedures and eligibility criteria.

Refund Request Timeline

- All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours (2 days) of the completed class.

- Requests submitted after the 48-hour window will not be considered for refund.

- The 48-hour period begins immediately after the scheduled end time of the class.

Valid Reasons for Refund

1. Tutor No-Show

  - If your assigned tutor fails to attend the scheduled class without prior notice

  - Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

  - A complimentary make-up class will be offered with a different tutor

2. Learning Comprehension Issues

  - If your child experiences significant difficulty understanding the tutor's teaching method

  - A repeat class will be scheduled with the same tutor or a different tutor at no additional cost

  - If comprehension issues persist after the repeat class, a full refund will be considered

Refund Process

1. Submit your refund request through your TutorKids dashboard

2. Include the following information:

  - Student name and class details

  - Specific reason for the refund request

  - Any relevant documentation or screenshots

3. Our support team will review your request within 24 hours

4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Circumstances

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class

- Technical issues on the student's side (poor internet connection, faulty equipment)

- Student's absence from the class

- Classes that have been completed successfully without reported issues during the session
